Doubletree By Hilton Biloxi Hotel

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Spotless hotel, top-class staff & particularly good location to the gulf. Well laid out room overall, with a king bed. Location short walk to several eateries, the Beau Rivage in, and the beach.

The hotel was in the heart of Biloxi.

Beautiful facility very clean and close to everything!!

No parking due to a cruise in. Parking lot full of trailers. Elevators stopped working at checkout. Lugged wife's baggage down 6 flights of stairs!

The hotel was very clean. The room was large and very comfortable. The bedding was luxurious. The hotel was is in a wonderful location with the beach and the two nicest casinos within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Housekeeping did a wonderful job with resetting our room in the a.m.

Need a safe crosswalk from hotel to beach side. Also, they did not have my reservation (which I booked online with Booked.net) when we arrived. If I hadn't brought a hard copy of my reservation, we would have been stuck without a room.

I didn't like that they don't mention that when you book throgh Booked.net That there's a deposit of the same price of the room and a 30% charge which I never did figure out what it was for and didn't have the time to find out cause the don't tell u this until we checked out !!

spacious room, spacious bathroom with a huge jacuzzi tub and comfortable king bed to relax after a long day of exploring.

Great location, needs a little work

This place is super close to the casino and has some friendly staff. The room was nice too, plus they gave us some water and a cookie, which was a sweet touch. Just wish the bathroom was better designed; no hooks for towels and a really low bar. A few updates would make it feel fresh!

The staff at Four Points was some of the best I have encountered in 32 years of being on the road in sales. Kim at the front desk helped us immediately for all the great food at the local restaurants . She also helped us with a military relative coming in earlier than expected with a room and discount. The food in the hotel restaurant was also outstanding including the staff (Julie and Richelle). Very nice accomodations and the complete staff from room service, cleaning, grounds, and security were very nice. Will stay again on my next visit to Biloxi...

Would like to have a small refridgerator in the rooms....

The location was great, the bed was awesome, the lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, the pool area was very nice with great music
